William M. Krocak – Founder, Chairman & CEO

Mr. Krocak has over 30 years of corporate business and management experience. His extensive experience and knowledge in creating, implementing and maintaining a variety of programs in performance and management development, organizational change, quality management and process improvement initiatives ignited his passion for developing MindSight™ Inc. His various directorship and vice president roles provided a unique look into thousands of employees work and career experiences and how they ended up in successful and some not so successful careers they often neither enjoyed, wanted or sometimes left for very different new career. As a US Army Infantry Officer Candidate School graduate he personally discovered his interest in his work early resulting in a rewarding military experience while other could only wait for the day to leave the military.

His interest in helping employees find meaningful, enjoyable and successful jobs and careers was always part of his leadership style throughout his corporate work. This interest is now focused to provide high school students with the information needed to help them make better, well thought out and well informed academic transition decisions before leaving high school and starting college or other educational experience rather than after they leave school and discover their career boring, uninteresting and they loose motivation in their career choice. Bill’s experiences provide the framework for MindSight™ and helping young students make their own discoveries about their passions and motivational interests to help decide and navigate their future career path.
